Flash has been the greatest tool for making videos, games and so much more to improve our creativity and left behind the barriers. It can be a great web ally or our worst enemy. If a website is build on this program, it is easy to sell to people who are no expert. But when you look it form the business point of view. A website completely done with Flash is the worst nightmare for a lot of reasons.

Flash is a tool that creates animations, movies and other tools. Some of the special effects can be done with other tools, but, if you want a professional website, before asking for pretty colors you should be asking for how…?

Web design is a mix of these ingredients: graphic design, information architecture, usability, accessibility, and search engine optimization (SEO). In order to accomplish predictable answers from a user, you must know these factors when you are beginning your website other than worry only on the graphic design.

Generally Flash is known as the tool who create great virtual worlds, applications, video games, maps, to name a few. But is not the best when the time comes to order information, post texts, branding, etc.

A project completely developed with this tool has a lot of disadvantages. Bots cannot read their information or find them. This means they won’t even appear on search engines ¿how are people going to find it then?

Just imagine how awful would it be to manage a site like Facebook completely developed on Flash, or a blog full of information? It sure would be pretty but what is it worth if nobody sees it?
