Baumtastic 5! Baum Soluciones’ Best Projects
Welcome to our Baumtastic 5 awards! In this edition we are going to talk about our most challenging projects in terms of creation and logistic for a promotion. If there is any marketing tool that provides an immediate answer, it has to be the web!
If you want your promotion to be a success on the web, you need more than to copy the “All 2×1” or “DO YOU KNOW?” phrase. It doesn’t matter if you are a small or big company, what makes a promotion a real success is the interaction with the participants. All clients, or future clients, are waiting to be surprised and when you personalize a promotion, you are a step closer to achieve viral communication.
These are the best projects that have proved to be a challenge for us:
In first place we have Addvantage: Celebrating an anniversary is extremely important.So for the 30th Anniversary of AAdvantage, Credomatic and American Airlines, they had to celebrate big time! Five countries from Central America participated on the strategy 100% b created by Baum Soluciones, which has a promotional website to generate databases. We also achieved to spread the promotion through out social networks and databases, promoting viral communication during the time of the promotion .
In second place we have La Playa Tropical: This website was essential for Refresco Tropical summer’s campaign , as the main function was the users registration to collect database and for them to activate the codes for the promotion. Even the simplest element of a product can create an effective promotion; in this case the bottle tops were used by having a printed promotional code and we added the possibility of using the SMS service to activate the codes. Every user contributed in spreading the message.
In third place we have Samsung Mobile: One of the wonders of the web is that finally the saying “It’s a small world after all!” is true. Samsung needed a promotional site for Panama, since the model Galaxi was going to be launched. The Panamanian public enjoyed a dynamic website and a fansite, which will prevail in their minds.
In fourth place we have Miami Included: A website developed for Credomatic with 6 countries that participated. The dynamic allowed users the opportunity to customize their prize. This was a success among the the users and as a result, the customers expectation in terms of public participation was reached.
In fifth place we have Smirnoff: Smirnoff Be There! Joint with Jotabequ Agency, we had to work on the logistic of selecting and inviting the people chosen as the target audience to attend a great party. Using our database we chose the guests who met the required characteristics. Each guest could register through the microsite for the promotion and register two of friends to be on the guest list also. The strategy also covered SMS messages, smart cards, email marketing, telemarketing. These means, we used several of the largest marketing tools so all the guests could say “I was there!”.
As you may see in all of these projects, communication with users was essential for its success. These are the Baumtastic 5 of the week!
